Sensitive data is protected by the GDPR. The requirements for secure document destruction and data carrier destruction are very high. Company documents and data storage media must be disposed of in accordance with the required security levels in order to avoid fines. The security levels are divided into three protection classes for document destruction in accordance with DIN 66399.

All processes for the destruction of files, data carriers and hard drives are regulated in accordance with DIN: the type of container, the transport procedure, the instruction of employees, as well as monitoring on the premises and destruction.

When it comes to professional file, data and hard drive destruction, we work strictly in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (GDPR).
To protect your data, we provide you with lockable roll containers in Frankfurt and the surrounding area.
We offer small office containers with a capacity of 240, 420 or 656 litres as well as closed lid containers for 7 or 10 cubic metres.

- We can also offer other lockable container sizes from 7cbm skip containers (lidded containers) or 36cbm roll-off containers with lids.
- Only the 240-litre roller container can be loaded and driven up and down stairs.
Over time, documents and files containing very sensitive data that are no longer needed also accumulate in private households. They should be disposed of in such a way that the corresponding data becomes unreadable.

Instead of disposing of confidential documents yourself and having to take care of them privately, you can of course also commission experts like us to do so. In any case, make sure that all files and data are destroyed in compliance with data protection regulations – in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and DIN 66399.
Yes, delivery is possible without any problems. You can simply drop off your files at our recycling centre in Frankfurt-Griesheim without prior notification. We will take care of secure interim storage and subsequent professional destruction on site in accordance with DIN 66399. We can also provide you with suitable transport containers on request – simply contact us.
Naturally. After destroying your files or data carriers, you will receive a legally valid destruction declaration from us. This document serves as proof of data protection-compliant disposal in accordance with the GDPR and DIN 66399 – an important document for companies, law firms and authorities in particular.
